Empower Her is a 12-week workforce development and entrepreneurship program that combines bookkeeping, accounting support, tax-workflow education, business development, mentorship, and professional experiential learning. Participants progress through an Earn the Experience milestone system that connects reliable attendance and skill development to increasingly meaningful professional activities. Bateman & Associates partners with the Foundation on the program fleet, licensed QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, and free BainconIT subscription access during training and after graduation.

No participant is required to purchase luxury goods or imitate a lifestyle as a condition of success. Professional appearance guidance is inclusive. Vehicle experiences have equivalent alternatives. Client simulations use de-identified or fictional information. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, and misuse of sponsor property are prohibited. Photos and testimonials require consent.
