Milestone: Capstone professional day. Format: Supervised professional day + reflection.
Persona side project — your client list
Capstone Persona Day uses YOUR pipeline: at least one supervised meeting tied to a real prospect or a documented equivalent. The day is the visible practice of a list you have been building since Week 2.
Learning objectives
- Meet prerequisites: prior milestones, professionalism rubric at Ready or above, safety orientation if traveling.
- Execute a structured professional day: prepare, travel or equivalent, meeting, lunch/mentor conversation, networking or review, reflection.
- Present financial information with discretion and a management-summary voice.
- Complete trip documentation if a program vehicle is used; or complete the equivalent educational experience.
Core instruction
Day shape (educational, supervised)
- Prepare schedule, files, technology, attire.
- Travel to a simulated or supervised client meeting—or the approved equivalent if you do not ride.
- Client discovery or reporting exercise.
- Professional meal or mentor conversation: etiquette, listening, referrals.
- Networking or community business touchpoint as assigned.
- Business-owner review: revenue, expenses, pipeline, operations.
- Coach feedback and written reflection.
Fairness
Vehicle access is never the only way to complete this week. The message is not luxury. The message is preparation, reliability, skill, and follow-through.
This week’s work
- Complete the capstone professional day or documented equivalent.
- Submit the post-trip (or post-experience) reflection: what you practiced, what you would do differently, one action this week toward employment or a client.
- If applicable, complete the vehicle authorization and pre/post trip logs.
