Week 12 of 12 · Graduate
Launch & graduation
Milestone: Launch / employment plan. Format: 90-day plan studio + presentations.
Persona side project — your client list
The 90-day launch/employment plan must include the live client list: who you will contact in days 1–30, 31–60, 61–90. Graduation is not the end of the persona project; it is the handoff to your own calendar.
Learning objectives
- Deliver a graduate presentation to peers, mentors, and sponsors.
- Submit a 90-day action plan with weekly actions for employment, clients, or firm launch.
- Confirm mentor connections and first calendar holds after graduation.
- Meet remaining graduation requirements: attendance, technical work, client-readiness, professionalism rubric, experience reflection.
Core instruction
90-day plan (required sections)
- North star: job, first client, or firm standing-up.
- Week-by-week actions (not slogans).
- People you will contact (named, with purpose).
- Skills still to drill (reconciliation, intake, pricing—be honest).
- How you will know it worked at day 30, 60, and 90.
Presentation
Tell the story of capability, identity, opportunity, and persistence. Use one number from your sample company and one sentence about who you are as a professional. Thank partners without turning the stage into an advertisement.
This week’s work
- Submit the 90-day launch or employment plan.
- Give the graduate presentation (time limit set by the Program Director).
- Turn in the completion scorecard items you still owe.
How we know you are ready
The plan is dated and owned. The presentation is prepared and within time. Graduation evidence is in the file, not promised for later.
