Milestone system

Progress you can see. Access you earn.

The program fleet is a visible symbol of professional life—not a prize for status. Access is earned through learning and conduct. Completion is never based on who rode in which vehicle.

Fairness rule

Vehicle access must never be the sole route to complete required learning. Participants who cannot or choose not to ride or drive receive an equivalent educational experience. Driving is not required; most participants may receive the educational benefit as passengers.

Accountant Persona Day

A structured professional day is scheduled only after prerequisites are met. The day is educational, supervised, and tied to learning objectives: executive function and readiness; punctuality and presence; client communication; business etiquette; introductions and referrals; operations review; and coached reflection.

How we will know if it works

We track attendance rate, on-time milestone completion, withdrawal, graduation, persona participation, employment or business activation at 30/90/180 days, and a participant motivation and professional-identity score at baseline, midpoint, and graduation. We establish a baseline before claiming that the vehicle experience improves completion.
