Empower Her is a 12-week program of Rhonda's Stop Bullying Foundation for Girls. We prepare women and girls for bookkeeping, accounting support, tax preparation, and client-facing business ownership—so dignity is practiced, not postponed.
Training is not enough. Identity, access, practice, and a reason to finish turn skill into a livelihood.
Empower Her landing
The Foundation’s public face is Empower Her: the cause, the 12-week model, how experience is earned, who may partner, and how to apply.
Problem statement, theory of change, grant-ready need and solution, advocacy.

Bullying isolates. Poverty isolates. Both tell a girl she does not belong in rooms where money, clients, and decisions are made. Empower Her answers with a public, measurable pathway into professional work—not a slogan, a cohort.
Participants can perform the technical work of bookkeeping, accounting support, and tax workflow.
They can present and conduct themselves as professionals—on time, prepared, confidential, client-ready.
They can pursue employment, clients, contracts, or business ownership with a 90-day plan.
Visible, earned milestones make completion tangible. Progress is practiced, then recognized.
Theory of change
Empower Her tests a clear hypothesis: if participants can see, practice, and earn access to the professional life they are working toward, attendance, milestone completion, and graduation will improve compared with baseline cohorts.
Inputs include instructors, mentors, software, professional settings, and a corporate-sponsored program fleet. Activities include technical instruction, simulations, persona days, business planning, networking, and supervised travel. Near-term outputs are completed modules, client simulations, business plans, and mentor contacts. Outcomes are completion, employment or business launch, and client confidence.
