Jed Sharkey, a retired veteran, leads the organization as its Chief Executive Officer, bringing extensive leadership experience and dedication to service. He oversees strategic direction, program implementation, and multi-state operations. With a focus on empowering underserved communities, Jed ensures the Foundation’s mission is fulfilled through impactful leadership, sustainable growth, and a commitment to supporting veterans, families, and underserved populations.

Tiffany Givens manages the Foundation's technological infrastructure, ensuring all digital platforms and systems run efficiently. She implements innovative solutions to enhance operations, improve outreach, and support program delivery for underserved communities.

Cindy Culley oversees the day-to-day administrative operations of the Foundation, ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining organizational efficiency, and supporting staff in achieving the Foundation’s goals. Her work is critical to keeping the team and programs on track.

Jazmyne Nugent oversees all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee development, and organizational culture. With a focus on fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace, Jazmyne ensures the team thrives and stays aligned with the Foundation’s mission.

Kevin Nye specializes in managing HR operations and creating strategic plans for employee engagement and satisfaction. His goal is to drive team performance through effective policies, training programs, and professional development opportunities.

Jordi Jane leads the customer support team, ensuring seamless communication and assistance for all stakeholders. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, fostering relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of care for those we serve.

Daniel Lorenzo serves as the Grant Liaison, leveraging his expertise to identify funding opportunities, prepare grant applications, and maintain relationships with funders. His role is pivotal in securing resources that support the Foundation’s programs and initiatives.

Rita Najarian develops and implements content strategies that amplify the Foundation’s mission and reach. By crafting engaging materials and campaigns, she ensures impactful communication with stakeholders, donors, and the community.
