Empower Her Stop bullying. Build professionals.

Rhonda’s Stop Bullying Foundation for Girls

From isolation to a desk, a client list, and a name on the door.

Empower Her is twelve weeks—no tuition—where women who are not already in a professional seat learn bookkeeping and tax workflow, meet real clients from Week 2, and walk the IRS pathway (PTIN, CAF, EFIN, ERO) so the title is earned, not borrowed.

Training is not enough. A client, a credential, clothes that fit the room, and a reason to finish turn skill into a livelihood.

If you are new here

Four doors. Pick the one that is yours.

Women apply. Firms and stores stand with the cohort. Donors put tools in the room. Nobody buys a seat.

The need we refuse to leave unaddressed

Bullying isolates. Poverty isolates. Both tell a girl she does not belong in rooms where money, clients, and decisions are made. Empower Her answers with a public, measurable pathway into professional work—not a slogan, a cohort.

Capability

Participants can perform the technical work of bookkeeping, accounting support, and tax workflow.

Identity

They can present and conduct themselves as professionals—on time, prepared, confidential, client-ready.

Opportunity

They can pursue employment, clients, contracts, or business ownership with a 90-day plan.

Persistence

Visible, earned milestones make completion tangible. Progress is practiced, then recognized.

Theory of change

When the professional life can be seen and practiced, the future becomes real.

Empower Her tests a clear hypothesis: if participants can see, practice, and earn access to the professional life they are working toward, attendance, milestone completion, and graduation will improve compared with baseline cohorts.

Inputs include instructors, mentors, QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise, TaxSlayer ProWeb and Desktop (Healthcare Collection Inc. and Bateman licenses, allowed for trainees and members), BainconIT licenses, professional settings, and program vehicles.
